Exercises:
Exercise 1. Engine Start. Driving Forward and Reversing
This exercise is aimed at introduction into and development of primary skills of front loader operation, namely: training the driver to start the engine correctly and development of his forward driving and reversing skills.
The exercise is completed upon a successful introduction of the trainee into all front loader controls and development of respective skills.
Exercise 2. Three-Point Turn
Turn in a limited-width area using the reverse gear.
The exercise is completed upon a successful turn in an area limited with delineators without touching any delineator.
Exercise 3. Garage
Drive the loader into the garage using the reverse gear.
The exercise shall be deemed successfully completed after the loader is parked in the garage without any knocked down delineators or traffic cones.
Exercise 4. Hill
Drive uphill, stop before the STOP line and start uphill without rolling back.
The exercise shall be deemed successfully completed after passing the hill and stopping at the STOP line.
Exercise 5. Driving onto and off a Lowboy
Drive onto and off a lowboy.
The exercise is completed after a successful driving off a lowboy.
Exercise 6. Driving onto and off a Flat Wagon
Drive onto and off a flat wagon.
The exercise is completed after a successful driving off a flat wagon.
Exercise 7. Soil Loading into the Bed
Excavate and load soil into the bed.
The exercise is completed after the bed is loaded.
